I recently have been unable to eject my cassett from mini-dv. Is it possible to manually eject? How?

yes, but you would have to take it to some electronics store... i took it there and they took the cassett out and
told me that some sort of "wheel" inside the dv player was burned... so to fix it, it cost me about 200 dollars. You have a DVL520U too? i would never buy JVC again!

simply have the camera on "play mode" then open/eject the side of it and the tape with pop out.
