annoying buzz and a crawling horizontal line appearing on new JVC AV-29FH1SUG TVs

Hi. I bought a new JVC AV-29FH1SUG tv in march. A few weeks later I started hearing an annoying buzz coming from the back. It grew louder with time, and eventually a crawling line appeared on the screen. I took the thing to the repair shop and got it back "repaired" only to discover the buzz was still there although the line was gone. I returned it, took a brand new tv from the store and got the same buzz and line only a few hours later. Should I keep trying to have the tv repaired or should I insist on getting a completely different make and model? I'm desperately looking for advice as I'm getting sick of dragging this 45-kilo lump to the repair shop and back. Thanks! Venelin
