Dear Hynes Thank you for your e-mail. I am sorry to hear about the problems with your Memory Stick and the error message you are receiving. It sounds as if the Memory Stick has been corrupted. This will mean the camera will now not be able to read the file structure, hence the error message. This does not mean the photos are lost though. You will need to either contact a data recovery company (this is not a service that Sony offer directly) or get some data recovery software. This sort of software is widely available and you may even find free downloads if you search the internet using the www.google.co.uk site with "Data Recovery Programs" in the search box.
