Error Codes Assistance

I have a problem with my VCR Sony model SLV-478.The trouble begins when I want to play a tape recorded in EP speed. When I try to do so, no image and sound is detected.Istead of that a black and white image with a noise is displayed.Tapes recorded in SP mode looks OK.Additionally the VCR´s display show the following code:4 11 05.Could be the S reel the origin of the problem?Please if you can give me any help or idea...
