Home | First message in thread | Previous messageI to am haveing trouble with my JVC GR_DVL500U EO4 Unit in Safeguard mode remove the battery and replace and it doesn't help I too have had it cleaned and even bought the head cleaner and I haven't even used it that much for the money I spent -warrenty is off any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Sally

Try this step by step: Remove any tape in the unit. Then power the unit off. Remove and re-attach the power source (DC or Battery). Then power it on and try a "NEW JVC TAPE". See if the problem goes away. If not, call (800) 252-5722 and speak to JVC Customer Care to see if they can do anything for you. |
