I have the same problem with my AV-32890. I've called the JVC tech line (800.537.5722 opt 9) and searched the internet and I still get the message 'Please input correct setup information'. In the TV Guide plus setup, I have entered 00000 in the zip code, 99999 in the zip code, set both tuners to the ABC affiliate, tried TV only setup and nothing works. If I change the antenna to AIR I get listtings up to channel 27. If you have luck correcting this problem, let me know. 11-27-2004
