JVC's TV Guide Plus vanished. We inherited my brother-in-laws JVC TV. I plugged it in, and everything went well. Then, after about an hour the menu quit working. Push the button...nothing. Now we have a TV that only goes to channel 13, won't display the channel number, and won't display the menu--so I can't run a DVD. The model is AV-27530. I went online to JVC and couldn't find it anywhere. I have already posted my sob story but saw your link and thought this would expidite matters.
