Dear Stacey, i recently bought a 28" jvc tv and within a month the tv has broken down! The problem is that when the tv is turned on it makes the noise of turning and just before the picture appears the tv dies again, most frustrating! I took it to a tv repair shop who said it was the transistor? i do not trust him and wondered if you would be kind enough to give me some advise on what the problem is, what i should do about and roughly how much it will cost to fix the tv.
