spindle unbroken, but came loose from cassette cage assembly - need diagram

Hi. A spindle-pair came loose from my Sony camcorder and its only a month out of warranty - but that means Sony wants $250 to fix it! (Camera arrived a month late and was barely touched - uggghh!). Anyone have schematics or an exploded view of the cassette cage assembly? Thanks
