Homewill not dowm load - askes for correct data After 2 weeks of trying many ways to solve the problem I diconnected the VCR & DVD players then input the info and answered no to the VCR question. It worked.

sometime last spring my tv guide + quit working. I have a second home with 2 jvc tv sets that I hadn't used in about 8 months and when I tried to use this feature, which had always worked fine, neither worked and resubmitting the information as to zip code etc. didn't help. I always get the message "please inoput correct set-up information." when I try to use it. |
