i have the same problem how did you fix yours? i did fix it once by using a hair dryer to it but it is doing it again how can it get fixed?

Hello, We have a Sony Handycam CCD TRV328 which keeps giving us a message to hook up the power source. We have hooked up the power source, removed the battery and everything else we can think of. Our main problem with the camera is that we can not remove the tape that is in the camera. It will not let us rewind, tape or anything. It is stuck. We hit the eject button and the tape removal process does not move. WE have pushed the reset button in the screen case area but that doesn't seem to do anything either. Do you have any suggestions?
