replace or buy new?

Recently my JVC AXR350 Stero integrated amp just quit working. Yes, I checked all the connections. The little red light on the front still comes on, but the amp is not working at all. No sound from either my cd player or my radio tuner. Is there something simple I could replace? I have no electronic experience what so ever but I am unemployed. Consequently, I am looking for a really inexpensive way to fix this. This amp is at least 10 years old but so are the other components and they are working just fine.
