Model # - GR-DVL820U, well I think thats the model #. But my problem : I plug in the AC adapter, and it wont charge. The charge indicator isnt coming on either. What does this mean ? And what should I do ?

You may have blown a fuse that controls the charge function. Call (800) 252-5722 for nearest factory service center.

Call (800) 252-5722 for JVC customer care. You probably blew a fuse. They will direct you to the closest factory center.
