Hi Trevor, TV NEC FS6391 No Vertical.Horizontal Line Only. D502 Avalanch Diode.R502 10 Ohm Off Eht Faulty And Not Suppling 12v To Pin 1 Of Vertical Ic.La7838. Oh and I might just add - If above doesn't help you may need a new la7838 (ic401 I think)replace electros around it too. Don't just change ic.
