Hi Stacy, My JVC RC-QW35/QS22 CD portable system has experienced a problem with CD reading i.e., when the "play" is pressed it is serching something on the disk and thereafter the message appears "No disk". Then, the disk carrige is moved out. I cleaned the laser lens but it did not help. What else can I try to do?
