Can anyone suggest compatible microphones for XM1?

Hi all, I am looking for suggestions for microphones which would be compatible with the XM1. I need a directional microphone and a cardiod microphone if possible. Have found a DM50 microphone which seems to be suitable for directional audio, can anyone confirm that this would be compatible? Also if anyone could suggest a cardiod microphone which would be compatible that would be great. Need something relatively cheap... Many thanks, Baps.
