Hi, Hade been customer from SONY equipment for 20 years (TV, etc), I swear it is over for ever ! Had bought recently HDR-HC3E (the most expensive ones) because the former SONY TRV900EE was faulty (same reasons); had problems from the year (or month) I bought them : there are cuts in the images and sound and family remembrances are wasted because I discovered later the results after I had filmed many hours ! The shame on them !!!
