Home | Previous messageHi I just bought a JVC minidiv digital camcorder GR-DX75. I bumped it on a holiday we had and it now has an Error 03 message on it saying its on Safeguard mode and To try to eject tape and reinsert it. When I try to eject the tape, the tape carriage is stuckm would not come up although the gears seem to be running and the power is available. I live in New Delhi India and would like your guidance on how I can have this unit repaired. Thank you
