You will need service assistance getting that out. Your door may be mis-aligned or the disc may be slightly jamming the door. Contact (800) 252-5722 for nearest service facility or go on line to JVC.com (service & support) and follow instructions to find your closest service center.

    That isn'the problem.The display says "lock".I got the disk out,No jams or miss alignments-just took off front cover and moved the pully by hand.it still wont load a disk while all other functions are normal.Ron
