Home | Previous messageHello, I have a GR-DVL 815U, mini DV camcorder that I am having a hard time finding the software (CD)so I can download my digital stills from the camera to my computer. If you know a website that I can download or a # to call to order , that would be wonderful..Thank-you and have a great one.

Go on line to JVC.com (Accessory Store). PUt your model # in and it should give you a list of accessories available for the camcorder. YOu can order direct. For the digital stills...this disc should be fine. IF you want to transfer video...you need a seperate hardware/software program like Pinnacle Studio 8 to do that. |
