Home | Previous messageI have a JVC duel deck (VVR/DVD combo). A disc got stuck in the player and when I got it out, the tray would not go back in. I forced it back but did not work. After fixing the problem, when I put in a movie, I receive an error, "incorrect disc". I had removed some connection wires and replaced them. I also tried a cd in the player to make sure that the tray went in and out but the cd I put in was a CD-ROM disc instead of a movie and that is when I started getting this error. How can I fix this problem? Thank you for your help. Bernard

My JVC camera displays a message E02 unit in Safeguard Mode. Remove battery and reattach. What is the remedy? Am really worriee You will have to have it serviced. If you have a JVC, contact (800) 252-5722 for service nearest you. Forcing the mechanism may have done more damage than good. That will have to be checked by a technician. You can also go to JVC.com (service & support) to contact your nearest auth service provider. |
