I've searched the itnernet for over an hour and tried to fix it; some say that it is a disc jam and I need to check the wires or press the reset button, maybe near the hidden head unit? I use a command controller and I have a standard head unit, no loose wires, banged it a little, even looked for a reset button, nothing! What can I do? I have a cdx A10 which showed e-99 which turned out to be 2 discs jammed in the same slot in the cartridge. I had to dismantle it to remove it. Hope this helps.
