Look for the following update for Windows XP (KB887811)

I just started having the same problem and I am using Windows XP. Looks like I'm gonna call Sony. 1-877-899-7669. Now that the price of the ipod mini is the same price as the Sony Network NW-E95 I wish I would have waited... Sony better fix it or my purchase is useless!

I got the same thing last week, and still haven't figured it out. I upgraded my windows media player to 10 on my XP Home machine, and after that SonicStage stopped working. It gives me error message like Hang mentioned. I just upgraded my SonicStage to 2.2 and rebooted, and it didn't help at all. Anyone got a solution?

I can't open any sonic stage programs for my mp3 player...I have reinstalled....upgraded you name it and I always get an "omgjbox" error that closes the program...can anybody help i have found numerous web postings for the same problem but no solutions
