I also find myself in a very similar position, except I can't find two keys that must have popped off at some point (I loaned the old Toshiba Tecra 8000 to my little brother for college) and now I can't seem to find anything to replace them. The white clips are intact and working, but I can't find replacement keys (I'd paint on the right letters)... If you have any ideas's I'd appreciate some creative problem solving tips. Or if anyone knows where I can get laptop keys without purchasing the whole keypad I'd appreciate a heads up. Sorry I'm no help to you though.

Last week my letter "g" popped off my Dell and the little plastic parts scattered (and I assume broke). I went to laptop-keys.com, got what I needed and now am back in business. They had this video that helped me install my new key too.

I had a similar problem and I ordered my keys from laptopkey.com. They were very efficient. The best part is the website has video tutorials on how to fix your keys yourself.

DO NOT buy anything from www.laptopkeys.co.uk. They charged me 9.00 for just one little plastic key and IT NEVER CAME. I got an email confirming my purchase, but it never came. A whole year has gone by since I placed my order, I've sent complaints and they are swiftly ignored. I repeat, DO NOT buy anything from www.laptopkeys.co.uk.
