We have a 1996 JVC AV-27BM6 27" TV. After a few moments of use, it starts getting horizontal static lines that continue to get worse and worse. Sort of like lightning strikes that keep occuring I'd say. The TV keeps playing but it is so annoying we have to shut it off. Sometimes it is fine for hours, other times it is fine for only moments. Worked all cables over and it is the TV, not any connections. Any thoughts? Thanks, Tom
