Help me please !. In play SP or LP mode, the speed is more than normal. Which is the cause ?.

The Speed is incorrect when play a VCR. I don´t know how adjust the speed !.This incorrect speed (more RPM) is in SP or LP mode. The SP/LP mode is correct, but not the speed. When VCR grab directly (internal RF) the speed is incorrect. The sound is accelerated creating voices of men in children :-). Which is the cause ?. Thanks for your help.
