Hi, I also did not receive the software but I regrettably do not need it. What I would need though is for someone to tell me how to Print to Video using this camera. I use Macs and need to trf my work onto DV. Unfortunately, it came with no manual ( I also got it off ebay) and no remote. Would anyone know how to trf from computer to this camera?
