GR-DVL355E HEAD CLEANING REQUIRED

I bought this camera in December 2001, from the very beginning I faced the same problems. 1.The camera was requesting head cleaning when using JVC tapes. The dealer told me to use SONY tapes to avoid these problems. 2. Now after using the camera to capture approximately 20 Sony tapes, I still had to perform several head cleaning runs with a cleaning tape, the error message is still present and does not vanish after head cleaning. Even when I try to watch an older tape, I am facing horizontal bars on the display and the message head cleaning required pops up again. Any idea?
