Home | First message in thread | Previous messageI've gotten that same error on two different Mavicas. One FD100 and one FD200. I opened the case as the Sony warranty is garbage, and found a ribbon cable slightly dislodged and crooked. I plugged the cables in correctly on both cameras and they work very well. There are several cables, so be sure to check them all. Good luck.

Thanks everyone for your help! You just saved me hundreds of dollars and it only took a few minutes. I thing that by pushing down on all of the ribbon cable connection on my FD-100 and that seemed to do it. |
