Hi, I recently won a JVC HDready TV - LCD Flat Model #LT-26WX84. When the cable company connected the tv to the HD cable, we got a rolling menu which is not controllable. It is in the middle of the screen and will not go away. It makes it impossible to watch tv. In calling various service companies in baltimore, no one has any idea what has occurred. Can you help?
