have sony dsc-w1 with broken 2.5" hybrid lcd screen. what is the charge for new one? thx

I have a Sony DSC-F505V. The camera works fine. However, I charge a battery on the Sony AC-V510 charger to full charge. I put it in the camera and it show a full charge. However, it depletes the charge very rapidly. I bought another battery and it does the exact same thing. I don't have another charger to troubleshoot if it's the charger or the camera. HELP. Looking forward to seeing if you can help. Dealers aren't any help. You are my last resort. I would like to give this camera to my kids but would like it to work properly first. Thanks. Bud Alston
