Our JVC TV (AV-A21M2) has developed picture problems. The top of the picture has shrunk by an inch or so but the bottom remains the same. The top also has 3 to 4 inches of horizontal lines and a shadow of the top. The lines are consistant in TV or video mode but fades when shows are in wide screen. We have disconnected it and turned main power off and checked connections which have not corrected the problem. The TV was purchased at Airforce BX in Germany. We are now stationed in a very small town in Oklahoma where services are extremely limited. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
