Help please. I can see the pictures on the camera but when I try to open them in a program it locks up the program.

Part of the pictures on the floppy disc are fine but some can't be accessed. They can be viewed on the camera but they can't be opened or copied. When you try to open them in Micosoft editor or word it locks up the program. Can anyone help me with this problem.
