Guide Plus no longer works

I have a JVC model AV-27D800 and Time Warner cable (no cable box and not digital) Guide Plus listings for various channels began disappearing about a month ago so I did setup using zip code 99999 for 24 hrs to reset and then I reset with my correct zip (54143) Now, no lineup or channel listing appears. Any suggestions?
