i show the error message e04 and removed the battery and it doesnt work.

MY NAME IS MISTY QUICK AND I HAVE THE MESAGE E04 UNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE PLEASE REMOVE BATTERY AND REATTCH WHEN I DO THAT IT DOESN'T WORK IT KEEPS SHOWING THAT MESSAGE

Same with my camera but I just talked to someone who says it may be oxidation which requires cleaning and possible saudering.
