dv raptor rt and premiere 6.5 audio compatibilty issues

just wondering if anyone can confirm this for me , i have a raptor rt card and premeire 6.5. when im in premiere with raptor pal project settings I cannot seem to scrub through audio layers, i have never acheived any sound out put to my headphones or spkeakers, does the raptor rt only support video playback? I have a 3.0 ht 1 gb ram asus p4p800e, i do not have an additonal sound card, just using on board sound with asus mainboard.
