You have one or more Electrolytic Capacitors, burned out in the Vertical portion of the Video Board, inside your computer, this is a major issue, I\'ve seen when repairing problems, with your particular JVC model. The repairman was Bsing you, because if you even had 1/2 inch lines back then in April, your set have issues with these in the first place. It might cost 65-$90 for a repairman to come out, those capcitors are not expensive. If you do not get this issue addressed, you Vertical IC will burn out!
