My Sony DSC-S75 digcam lens wont retract - need help

Camera still works fine, lens just started NOT retracting into body when camera is turned off. Zoom still works fine, camera works fine except for this. Sony website recommends RESET button - tried that several times, did not solve issue. HELP - any suggestions appreciated before I have to spend $170+ to get it looked at.
