MOTU 2408 mk2 w/ PC Win2k

I am looking at buying a MOTU 2408 Mk2 w/ PCI 324 setup. I have been using a an original Echo GINA system since it came out nearly 10 yrs ago w/ little or no probs except I now need more I/O. My questions are these: 1.How is the current drivers set as far as PC/ Win2k operation goes? I use Sonar and Cool Edit as S/W tools 2. How is the real time ASIO latency w/ the Mk2? I use my system for real time soft synth playing. 3. Any problems w/ simultaneous live recording and soft synth live playing in the Win2k platform?
