NV-GS11 does'nt work as web cam

Hello, I have a Mini DV video camera (Panasonic NV-GS11), which can also be used as a web camera. I installed the original software (both usb and webcam drivers) in the package and connected the device to my Toshiba Laptop (Satellite Pro 6100). I go to "My Computer" and I can see the digital camera as USB device. I double-click on it and I can see the view on the screen. I can even zoom in and zoom out, etc.. I open MSN Messenger 6.2. I go to Tools > Audio Video Tuning Wizard. I follow the steps properly and I select "USB Device" as camera. In the next screen, I can see the camera working. I also pass the next steps without a problem. However when I go to Tools > Web Camera Settings, I can not see anything on the screen and every function in that window is disabled. It does not show anything even I see camera working when I was in Audio Video Tuning wizard. When I try to start sending webcam to my contacts, none of them can recieve anything. I don't see the webcam on my right panel too. I tried the camera on another laptop, Toshiba A20-S207 and the problem is still same on that machine: 1- I can see the camera working, in "My Computer", 2- I can select the camera and see it working in "Tools > Audio Video Tuning Wizard" 3- but I can't share it with my contacts 4- and I can't see it working in "Tools > Web Camera Settings".
