JVC AV32980 tv will not power on

Stacey, I have a AV32980 32 tv will not power on. Any suggestions? Is there a repair kit with replacement modules? Is there a repair manual, troubleshooting steps for this problem and source for parts perhaps online with costs of parts. Power source checks okay. My zip code is 23456 out of warranty and the site is Pechorin's Thank you.
