recommendation for DV deck purchase

I want to buy a DV deck. I currently have the sony DSR11 and want to upgrade; get a better one. Ideally it could switch back and forth from NTSC ot PAL but not a huge consideration. Of course, I have budget constraints. What would anyone recommend? thanks.
