Have been told its the MOTOR SPINDLE WORM SCREW that needs replacing, what is that?? anyone tell me where to find out what it looks like where to buy one and how to replace it please, i love this video!!!!!!

Every time i turn it on at the plug it refuses to do anything and i cant get the video out, there is an error message on the front which says F 03 (sometimes it says f 04) this i have read means the motor spindle worm screw needs replacing, is this right?, what does it look like?, can i replace it myself?, where can i find one??. and help would be much appreciated in the meantime i will keep on looking, i need to get it fixed it is a great vcr, cheers shane
