Removing this error is quite easy, as you open the memory stick by pealing of the plastic mantle(which by the way you don't have to do) you can see that some certain clusters of the memory stick are jammed. Just take your memory stick and drop it from some reasonable height on to your desk and hopefully the error will dissappear...
