A week ago, i sent an email regarding my JVC Video Camcorder Model GR-SXM330U (Ser. No. 076J0923). I was thinking i sent it to a different JVC department & i got a response from Mr. John Rasa. I'm also an electronic tech and the problem with my Unit is a dead LCD. The reason for this is because of a broken Flex cable. The Flex cable is totally cut off due to normal wear & tear (when you open and close the LCD display). I looked into you parts list and i found a part # for this unit's model. The part # is QLD0176-001 (LCD Module). I need to know if this Part # includes the Flex cable on the LCD assembly. I need to make sure of this before i put-in my order.
