Sivaram has a good point! I have a JVC GR D-90U which started having the condensation problem right after the warranty ended. I have been reading several forums and trying what has been suggested (A/C, fan, leave it open for a day or two). The problem goes away but then comes back, especially on hot humid days. I live in Toronto and the weather is VERY humid in the summer. The last time the problem came back (one week ago) it hasn't gone away since, but something that came to mind is that I have a silica gel pack in the camera's bag and when I put it away it seems to work the next time I want to use it. Tonight I try the silica gel pack in the camera itself (while open of course) and keep you guys updated in case it's successful!
