Panasonic PV-GS33 versus JVC GRD73US

Trying to decide between these two models. Can anyone help me out?

Hello, I am trying to decide between: Panasonic PV-GS33 $439 @ Costco or JVC GRD73US $400 @ Sam's Club. JVC comes bundled with many extras (extra battery, tripod, carrying case, 8 MB memory card) On the surface, the JVC seems like the better choice. But I am wondering if the Panasonic is a better camera. Also, Panasonic only has 10X optical zoom, JVC 16X optical. Anyone have any experience with either camera? Thanks

tengo la camara pero de noche no la puedo usar por que no tiene la luz o flash si lo tiene disponible me interesa muchas gracias
