Hello, I have a jvc model no. gr-sxm515u that I bought new. It worked relly well until the door to the cassette holder stopped opening allowing the cassette from being ejected. The battery is fully charged so I know it is not due to low power. Would you be able to assist me with this issue or do you know what my repair cost will be.
