unable to run software

An error has occured ...Missing a Quiesce File.JPEGConsumer.C, Line 194 This is a message which appears when I try to run a sequence in Avid Media Center. Running on Apple Mac. Does anybody have a clue what this means ??? I have tried to run again after reboot but no luck ! Sincerely, Gingibergs
