I have an JVC rx-558v audiovideo control receiver and I can't get my radio to work. It shows mute audio on the screen. How do u turn that off? Thank U

i think the antenna is not plugged and when u dont get any reception at all it says that. Mine does that when the antenna comes unplugged and i have the same reciever
